At M&C Rentals, our goal is for guests to be able to relax, unwind, and slow down the pace of their busy lives while reconnecting with their loved ones. Our properties are designed to help guests engage in rest, spend time together and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the scenic mountain locations.
M&C Rentals is owned and operated by Matthew and Carrie Carroll, husband-wife entrepreneurs living in the North Georgia mountains.

MAGNOLIA COTTAGE

If you've always wanted to watch your favorite movie while soaking in a hot tub, Magnolia Cottage is for you! This charming 2 Bed/1 Bath cottage offers guests an ideal location to get away with family or friends, cook in the spacious kitchen, sip coffee on the screened porch, or enjoy the outdoor living space with a hot tub, movie theater, and additional seating.
